Today it is common for hiring companies to use software to screen resumes submitted by candidates. This software is used to decide whether a candidate is accepted or rejected for consideration. Do you think the use of software screening here is fair or unfair to? Why or why not? I think that the software screening of employees is not that much fair irrespective of personal screening. There is a much chance of faking things in the resume. Nowadays there is much developed technology available, people can easily understood the algorithms behind the screening and setup their resume to pass it on every time.

Increased digitization can be boon to many areas but it cannot work out in these hiring areas. My strong point is there is a much chance of missing a right candidate and choosing a wrong candidate for the job. There will be good people with low quality resume and bad people with good quality people than this case will end you in a great loss for the hiring people and the company.
