year -1: (-16.00 – 13.00) / 2 = -14.5%

year -2: (31.40 + 28.00) / 2 = 29.70%

year -3: (14.00 + 28.00) / 2 = 21%

year -5: (25.00 + 26.30) / 2 = 25.65%
