1. In ability to generalize or properly tabulate the data - thus analysis can be done based on location to location. Not try to interlink data of different locations.
2. The customer database if not filled uniformly, will loose it's usability. Such as, the marketer will not be able to analyse the data for all centers together. Each will require different processing and different point of focus. - the database system must be so created, so as to permit entry of data in the desired format only. Use poka-yoke concept for designing the data input interface.
3. This displays the need for the system to provide an example for the format required to be entered by the individuals.
