The use case diagram for the first part is being drawn on draw.io which can help you with predefined templates for such UML's .

The field boxes are the attributes which are fetched from database be it it's own or from other module as in this case University Module, University module has all student's data in addition to employee and class data. so the Class Registration module is Represented above which is same after completion which exists inside University Module.

2.) The next part also has same source draw.io

The following UML will show the actors their usecases while withdrawing from ATM Machine and the roles of customer and Bank on the administrator side retrieves or performs check or provides details sufficient for ATM withdrawl.
