c) Low income countries.

DALY means disability adjusted life year. DALY was a measure adopted since 1990 to measure the overall health and life expectancy of different countries.It shows how many years are lost due to ill health. By 2035 diabetes will contribute to the most DALY's according to WHO. The prevalence of diabetes is higher in low income countries but the higher rate of diabetes in LIC's is not fully due to conventional factors like age, family history, unhealthy diet, low physical activity , living in urban areas , over weight etc.Other factors contribute to it other than LIC's.
