The ku klax klan hood and robe was an organization in secrecy of white American whose primary target was to hate African Americans, Catholics, Jews and immigrants. They all were considered as a right wing extremist. Their main aim was about the purification of American society from politically active blacks and their allies during 1860's to 1872. Yes it's against the law. And it's illegal.
