Answer #1

Answer 1:- Strategic evolution can be defined as the activity by which the effectiveness of a strategy can be measured which can be useful in accomplishing the organizational goals and objectives and then taking any corrective measures whenever it is needed. It is the last stage in the strategic management process.

On the other hand, the control process is mainly related to the correct execution of the strategy and the extent by which the desired results match with the expected results. Thus in the case of control, the focus remains on finding out whether the strategy is implemented correctly and all the results obtained are as desired or not.

Answer 2:- The success of the product can be measured on the following basis:-

  • Whether the product is able to satisfy the need and wants f the target customer, groups
  • Whether the newly launched product has generated the expected sales in the market
  • Whether the product is being used by the customers with ease
  • Whether the product facilitates the functional benefits to the customers in comparison to the products of the competitors.
  • Whether the desired level of return on investment has been accomplished or not
