d)  2 N2 + 5 O2 --> 2 N2O5

Rule for balancing equation:

First put the correct coffecient before all the atoms on the right side .

Then balance the left coffecient to right coffecient.

b ) and (c) are also correct but best method for a balanced equation is to take smallest integer as coffecient for all particles.
