Question

Hello!
If I am to design a suitable Born-Haber cycle focusing on the (resolution enthalpy) ΔHsol; How do lattices and hydration enthalpy vary in relation to each other, for an exothermic and for an endothermic reaction?
The value of the lattice enthalpy depends on the interaction between the incoming ions, the stronger the attraction and the higher value of the grid entrapment. that's as far as i've understood it.
