The salary package and compensation plan for Alberto will be decided based on the current foreign exchange rates and also market corrections that prevail around. Based on the kind and quality of work which he has done so far, it will be ensured that he gets the best advantage of it. If he wishes to send his children to an american private school, this is completely his call and the company can only assist him to locate right contacts if any form the organization internally so that he can be assisted before hand. Based ion his performance, feedback from teh various colleagues and industry standards the package will be decided for him and every thing possible will be done to retain him always as he is one of the most efficient resources of his time.
