explain the diffrence between 'orientation polarization' and 'distortion polarization'.

The perfect example of orientation polarisation is polar molecule i.e where permanent dipole moment is present . Where as distortion polarisation is temporarily polarisation created by distortion in the molecule which we have considered. For example - polarisation caused due to assymetric effect in a electrolytic cell when electric field is applied.
