The volume is calculated:

V = m / d = 0.5229 mg / 0.997514 mg / uL = 0.5242 uL

Trial 2 = 0.3456 uL

Trial 3 = 0.3603 uL

Average = 0.4100 uL

SD = 0.0991 uL

% SD = 0.0991 * 100 / 0.4100 = 24.17%
