PART B:A_{x}= 1.90 m, A_{y}= 2.50 m

PART C:A_{x}= -1.20 m, A_{y}= 4.00 m

PART D:A_{x}= -3.00 m, A_{y}= -1.70 m

It would really help to draw out the vectors.

Part A:

First draw a four quadrant graph.
Next Draw your vector and label it 3.2m long on the x axis and -1.4m on the y axis.
You should have a right angled triangle making an angle theta with the x axis.
Now to find the angle, simply use trigonometry.

Theta = Tan inverse( opposite over adjacent)

Hint:
Theta= Tan inverse (1.4/3.200)


Part B:
All you need to do is repeat the procedure by drawing out the vector and labeling its components. Then using the adequate trigonometric function. However,I do not understand what you mean by &nb as the y component.
