C and E will have similar chemical properties
B and F will have similar chemical properites
A and D

You can tell because atoms have similar properties to those that are in the same column of the periodic table, therefore if they are in the same column ofthe periodic table then they will have the same last part of their electron configuration.

ex. C and E have similar chemical properties because both their electronic configurations end with p6 meaning they're both in the same column of theperiodic table
