D) At point E the charge on citric acid would be -2

E) Overall reaction is

3NAOH + CITRIC ACID -> 3H2O + C6H5O7(3-)

Now moles of NAOH at point E assuming the value of NAOH consumed is equal to 50ml from the graph.

Moles of NAOH = 50*0.1 = 5 milli moles

Limiting Reagent is NAOH, moles of CITRIC acid that will be consumed are 5/3

Moles of CITRIC ACID left will be (2-5/3)milli moles

Concentration of Citric acid = 1/3÷(70) = 1/210. , 70(20 citric acid + 50 NAOH) is the total volume.

From PKa3 we get Ka3 = 10^(-6.4) which is equal to

10^(-6.4) = [H+][C6H5O7(3-)]÷(1/210)

From here we get [H+] = 4.353*10^(-5)

And since PH = -log[H+]

So pH = 4.36
