I would give a score of 6 to the e-mail response and would choose to work with the translation company. The good aspects of the response is that they:

1. They have clarity in what they offer.
2. The terms with respect to payment are transparent.
3. Their e-mail is short and focusses on what it has to communicate.
4. Their order of communication is sequential and gives us an impression that they are organized.

Four aspects where the reply puts up a slightly disappointing show are as follows:

1. E-mail lacks courtesy where they don't seem the thank the applicant for showing interest in the job.
2. Spelling mistakes are evident in the mail which makes us to think about the quality of organization.
3. The starting rates are too less which doesn't seem to be attractive.
4. E-mail etiquette is missing with respect to addressing the person, presentation of context etc.

These are some of the impressive and disappointing features of the e-mail.
