MATLAB Simulink model is attached here. Magnitude of sinewave ( 50 Hz frequency) has been taken as 0.9 for better PWM pulses. You can take any value from 0 to 1. This is called modulation index. Frequency of sawtooth generator has been taken as 1 KHz. Generated PWM pulses has been applied to the two diagonally opposite IGBT switches and inverted PWM pulses has been applied to remaining two switches. DC source voltage is 100 V. Output voltage has two levels i.e. -100 V and 100 V.
