To solve this problem in R.

You would need to follow the below code in R

dataset <- read.csv("data.csv") # here data.csv contains the data that you presented in the above screenshot.

# Creation of correlation matrix

cor(dataset)

# You will get the correlation matrix as you wanted (similar to the screenshot that you have shared)
