(a) Using up all available funds within the company by means of mergers and acquisitions.

(b) Mindless imitation of peer companies.

(c) Any business craving of the leader, however irrational it might be, is supported by strategic studies and facts that support it.

(d) The change in the current direction of a business is  always opposed by itself.

In view of these points from Warren Buffet's writings, all four points are relevant and correct.
