Our teacher is requiring we write out our symptoms according to the body system affected (they're for tonsillitis/adenoiditis). Can someone help me categorize them according to the system affected. - sore throat, fever, snoring and difficulty swallowing. Enlarged adenoids may cause mouth breathing, earache, draining ears, frequent head colds, bronchitis, foul-smelling breath, voice impairment and noisy respirations. Please don't define the diagnosis or give more symptoms! Here's her example for a different disease:

Physical Assessment Findings:

• Skin:
  • Organs present on the outside of the stomach area
  • Sac surrounding organs should be moist and intact
  • Incision (if the surgery has taken place) would be visible to abdomen.
• GI/GU:
  • Issues with food intake and/or processing, leading to GI symptoms such as malabsorption or feeding intolerance
  • Increased abdominal girth
