(7 Marks) Assemble all parts getting hints from the placement of parts, mating dimensions and notes. Part B: (5 Marks) i. Add suitable mates such that when screw is turned, Sliding Wedge move Horizontally and Lifting Wedge move Vertically ii. Take care of LH thread while adding screw mates ii. Variable Horizontal movement of Sliding Wedge should be up to 25 mm along the axis of Adjusting Screw and should have no blockage by any other part. Part C: Make an assembly drawing showing all three views. (4 Marks) i. Front view should be FULL section ii. Add Balloons and BOM table Part D: Make detail drawing of Sliding Wedge (4 Marks) i. Add suitable section view ii. Add all dimension and notes in standard format ii. Size 78 has a tolerance of H8. Show it as limit sizes with 3 decimal places. iv. Add surface finish symbols in standard format as described in the textbook. Note max surface roughness average value is 0.150 μm and machining removal allowance is 2 mm v. General tolerances is + 0.5 mm
