Question

Iam really suck on question 2. First one Ive figured out, but Ive tried question 2 several ways and keep getting the wrong solution. I would really appriciate if someone would work out the problem step by step so I can have a guide to help me understand how to solve these types of problems. This is Not a Laplace DE. Thankyou in advance for your help!
