The Output Voltage for Op Amp IC LM 741 is Max 10 V when given input 5 V that is the maximum input range of 0 to 5 volt.

However the output voltage of CD 4016 is 10 V.

If both the outputs are connected then the voltage waveform will be 10 volts max voltage as shown below.

The Magnitude of waveform is +10V/-10VSquare Wave time →
