Leadership is the art of motivating a group of people to act towards achieving a common goal.I was acted as a leader in my office, to solve so many problems and i had taken all the responsibilities to complete my office work in an effective and efficient manner.

Description of Power Sources:-

Legitimate- Acceptable or recognized as genuine, valid, or conforming to established codes, customs, rules, or standards of conduct. See also lawful and legal.

Reward- a thing given in recognition of service, effort, or achievement.

Coercive- means intended to force people to do something that they do not want to

Expert/Information- An expert is someone who has a prolonged or intense experience through practice and education in a particular field. An expert, more generally, is a person with extensive knowledge or ability based on research, experience, or occupation and in a particular area of study.

Referent-  the thing in the world that a word or phrase denotes or stands for.

Charisma- Charisma means a special power that some people have naturally that makes them able to influence other people and attract their attention and admiration

A business dilemma exists when an organizational decision maker faces a choice between two or more options that will have various impacts on (i) the organization’s profitability and competitiveness; and (ii) its stakeholders.The oil industry provides the energy that drives economic growth and social development, at a time when the environmental impacts of fossil fuels are being critically reevaluated against these benefits. In the past, the industry would have without question had a seat at the table in attempts to address the balance between costs and benefits for society’s long-term good. But today, it is not a foregone conclusion.That’s because the oil industry has a trust problem.

Oil companies have set expectations among their stakeholders that they can operate without negative environmental impacts, but in too many cases, their actual performance has fallen short. It may be one of the reasons why so many people seem to lack trust in the industry and risk ignoring the contribution that it can make to solutions.This perception is, in part, unfair. Many operators work to high standards, taking all necessary precautions and going beyond reasonable efforts to clean up environmental damage when it does happen. But whether it’s fair or not, in the eyes of the public, the “bad apples” define the industry as a whole.
