Let's first find out the steady 2-numbers in the range n=1:10, then the steady 2 numbers are 1,5,6,10.

And hence any number that ends with 1,5,6 or 0 will be a steady 2 numer.( Infact 1, 5, 0 are any steady p-number, and for any number ends with 6 will have the square that has 6 in its unit position since 6² = 36.

So, in the range n=1:5000 .the number of total steady 2 numbers = 500*4 = 2000..(since between 1to10 there are 4 steady 2 number)
