Realizing that there is variation in the filling of the containers, the quality-control manager of the Taconic Chemical Company wants to be quite sure that the standard deviation of the filling process is less than 30 ml. Otherwise some containers would overflow and others would not have enough coolant. A random sample of 40 containers is selected and the mean is 3789 ml and the standard deviation is 42.8 ml.

    2. If requirements are met, use StatCrunch to obtain a 95% confidence interval estimate of the true value of the standard deviation of the filling process.
