   H1: \mu < 75

b) \bar x = 75.24

    s = 0.9642

The test statistic t = (\bar x - \mu)/(s/\sqrt n)

                             = (75.24 - 75)/(0.9642/\sqrt 10)

                            = 0.787

P-value = P(T < 0.787)

            = 0.7742

0.500 < P-value < 1.000

At alpha = 0.05, since the P-value is greater than the significance level(0.7742 > 0.05), so we should not reject the null hypothesis.
