26. Title VII is violated regardless of the sex of the parties involved.Hence Option(c) is correct.

27. The national labor relation board will conduct a certificate election if it is convinced that the union has the support of at least 30% of employees in the appropriate bargaining unit.Hence Option(b) is correct which says 30%.

28. According to me ,Both Options (b) and (c) are correct which says:

Sexual Harassment exist in both the case of unwelcome/sexual advances and a work environment that the victim would find hostile or abusive.

It can be punished by the imposition of criminal penalties under Title VII of the Civil Right Act

29. The Employee Polygraph protection act does not apply to employees under local,state and Federal governments.Hence Option (c) is correct which says Governmental Employees.
