Question #12 Bob was involved in a collision with a Disabled Truck. Before braking Bob was driving at a constant speed. Bob stated that he was driving below the speed limit and that as he came around the corner, he saw a disabled truck in his lane and claimed to have immediately braked. His Skid mark continued 10 feet past the point of impact with the disabled vehicle. The disabled vehicle was 200 feet past the corner where his vision was no longer blocked. The road surface was asphalt. The speed limit on that road was 35 MPH. What was Bob's actual speed? Using the Braking distance formula to determine Bob's actual reaction time.
