theta = pi/6 , 5pi/6

( 2 cos theta + 1) ( sin theta -1 ) = 0

2 cos theta + 1 = 0 , sin theta -1 = 0

cos theta = -1/2 , sin theta = 1

theta = 2pi/3 , 4pi/3 , pi/2

c)

2 cos^2 theta - 5 cos theta + 2 = 0

( 2 cos theta - 1 ) ( cos theta - 2) = 0

cos theta = 1/2 , cos theta = 2

theta = pi/3 , 5pi/3

d)  

sin 2 theta + cos theta = 0

2 sin theta cos theta + cos theta = 0

cos theta ( 2 sin theta + 1 ) = 0

cos theta = 0 , sin theta = -1/2

theta = pi/2 , 3pi/2 , 7pi/6 , 11pi/6
