Answer #1

Learning objectives simply specifies that what we are going to study in this particular unit / chapter. It specifies our main objective to learn this chapter.

According to these all learning objectives, we are going to learn following things in this chapter:-

1. After studying this chapter we get an idea about main divisions of composite material and also get distinguish features of each other. they are-

(A) particle reinforced

(B) fiber reinforced

(C) structural

(D) nanocomposites

2. We can see the difference between strengthening mechanism for Large-particle composites (metals, poly-
mers, and ceramics) And dispersion strengthened particle reinforced composites.

3. Types of fiber reinforced composites on the basis of fiber length and orientation:-

(A) continuous aligned

(B) discontinuous aligned

(C) discontinuous randomly oriented

And we also get the infromation about distinctive mechanical characteristics for each type.

4. We can get longitudinal modulus and longitudinal strength for an aligned and continuous fiber inforced composites.

5. After studying this chapter we can also compute strengths for discontinuous and aligned fiber composites.

And so on.

Thus after studying this chapter we get the knowledge about all these learning objective.

So simply these learning objectives give us complete summary about this chapter, what we are going to learn in it etc.
