we modify data from a 2009 Journal of medicine study comparing various weight loss diets. Previous research had given conflicting conclusions about which was better. This study followed people for two years, longer than previous studies. Individuals were screened and randomly assigned to groups. We'll consider just one question: Whether the high protein was more succesful than the average protein diet.
