the input voltage , Vrms = 1 KV = 1000 V

power factor , phi = 30 degree

the input current is Irms

the output power , Po = 10000 hp = 7.457 * 10^6 W

the efficiency , e = 75 % = 75 /100 = Po /Pi

0.75 = Po /(Vrms * Irms * cos(phi))

0.75 = 7.457 * 10^6 /(1000 * Irms * cos(30))

solving for Irms

Irms = 1.15 * 10^4 A

the rms current is 1.15 * 10^4 A
