Please find the below answers:

1a)

Relational Data Mining (RDM) is the multi disciplinary fields with knowledge discovery from relational databases consisting of multiple tables or multiple relations.
To emphasize the contrast to typical data mining approaches that look for patterns in a single relation of a database, the name Multi-Relational Data Mining is often used as well.
Mining data which consists of complex objects also falls within the scope of this field: the normalized representation of such objects in a relational database requires multiple tables.
The field aims at integrating results from existing fields such as inductive logic programming , data mining, machine learning and relational databases; producing new techniques for mining multi-relational data; and practical applications of such techniques.

2a)

Doctor Oo.. Primary Primary doctor 1..1 Patent Relationship set Relationship

A relationship (denoted by the diamond) is used to document the interaction between 2 entities.
In the example above, a patient has a primary doctor.
Each relationship has a cardinality or a restriction on the number of entities.
This means implicitly define a role for each entity set in the relationship.
For example, if a patient is supervised by a doctor, then the patient has a supervisee role and a doctor has a supervisor role.

Relationships may also have attributes.

The cardinality refers to the maximum number of times an instance in one entity can relate to instances of another entity.
There are 3 cardinalities that define the relationships between entity sets.

1)One-To-One

2)One-To-Many

3)Many-To-Many

Example :-

One-To-One : Each visit corresponds with one bill.
One-To-Many : One doctor can have many patients as their primary doctor.
Many-To-Many: Patients are allowed to pay multiple bills in one payment, and each bill may have multiple payments associated with it.
