When , i will chair this initiatives then it will be my aim to introduce the following six key team processes of high performing teams within my organization :

1) Shared Goal:

2) Establishing rules for open communication among team members and free communication with other project teams:

It will be responsible for avoiding institutional hurdles of lack of communication among team members and leaders. It will reduce the conflicts and any discrimination to a particular team members.

3) Defined roles: Each team and its its members will be instructed to their respective work area and roles to be performed for the sake of high performance to the organization. Role clarity will be specially designed to the team members.

4) Cohesiveness among team members:

If, members of team will not be emotionally and mentally attached to each other then true team spirit and acceptance of processes can not be successfully performed. Hence, understanding the team Cohesiveness strategy is important for the project team managment.

5) Enabling cross functional team :

It will be resolved many challenges faced by the organization in less time and cost. Every functional head will contribute more for the wellness of whole corporation when assigned any specific responsibility by the top management.
