Answer #1

Cost Benefit Analysis:

Advantage : It provides opportunity to go through what is being spent to launch a product and advertise it. Pre planning helps in listing all future unexpected costs that can occur and can help find ways to handle them.

Disadvantage : This method makes believe that all aspects of the costs and the variables have been covered when the actual outcome of the project may depend on many variables. A venture may give unexpected benefits or may fail altogether.

Big Ball of Mud:

Advantage : Its consistent structure. As the matter between any two parts of the system can be straight addressed without worrying about its major structural inclinations.

Disadvantage : It is open for extension but closed for modification. Code is inmobile. Unregulated growth, Duplicate Data also follow.
