According to Le Chateliers principle if a system at equilibrium is subjected to a stress then the system behaves in such a wWhen temperature is lowered reaction moves in such a way so as to increase the temperature. Hence equilibrium shifts to the right.

Pressure of O2 will increase.

When temperature is increased , reaction moves in such a way so to decrease the temperature hence reaction shifts backward .

Equilibrium shifts to the left and pressure of O3 will increase.
