b) We can easily implement or employ these techniques by making a team of members expertise in industrial hazards and management who can review the performance and the well being of workers to avoid any accident also they will make workers aware about the measures and risk of accident at various steps.

And for awareness we can start weekly management workers meetings not formal but very regular also we can run various programs work on events which will increase the awareness of the issue among the workers.
