b) From the line graph, it seems that FL01 is less spread around the center with frequencies decreasing as the distance from the mean increases. In FL05, the frequencies do not decrease away from the center. FL01 is more symmetric as compared to FL05 where FL05 seems positively skewed.

c) FL01 is a better distribution as it is more symmetric and less spread around the center. It does not produce weights which vary a lot around the center.
