Answer

The United Airlines incident of dragging a passenger out due to overbooked flight turned out to be a crisis because, the airline lost $250 millions of market value for the incident. It's stock fell down about 4 percentage. Many other passengers uploaded the recorded vedios on various social media platforms. Though the ceo came forward to apologise for the horrific incident, but th3 crisis remained the same and put the airline in the bottom of satisfaction index for the customers.
