Initially the care was dominantly focused on physical and psychological need of the patient.As the cultural competent nursing grew up it described the need of spirituality care from nurses in patient care.This helped the patient to have a quality of life and understand self and recover from illness in a smoother way .This can reduce the post illnesss episode of balancing life. It provides the most quality support of life if a patient is in end of life care,deadly diseases. It in simple gives an inner strength and paces a way to improve the patient carein healthcare sector.
