There is no 100% parents who buys eggs or sperm, to have their baby perfect and intellegent. Some babies may be born with disabilities also. So it is nature. My point of view in this discussion is, despite of wasting money on this expensive methods, parents can adopt a baby from orphanage homes. As we know there are number of children in adoption centers and orphanages and it is much more in developing countries. So, it is better to adopt a child and raise that child who really need! home and love of parents.
