The volume of blood to be administered is, 475 mL

The duration of administration is, 2.5 hours or 150 minutes (2.5 x 60 minutes = 150 minutes)

Assuming that the drip factor for a standard IV tube is, 60 gtt/min.

Fluid volume to be administered over time (gtt/min) = Volume* drip factor/ Time in minutes = 475* 60 gtt/ml/ 150 = 190 gtt/min.

The rate of administration per minute is = 475 mL / 150 minutes = 3.16 mL per minute

The rate of administration per hour is, = 475 mL/ 2.5 hours = 190 mL per hour
