You immediately come to a stop and quickly scan the home the screaming is coming from. An open garage door reveals an older man bending forward and covering his eyes with his hands. He is still yelling for help.

2. You are attending a local concert at the park when suddenly a crowd develops and someone begins to scream for help. As you approach the crowd, you notice a male who is approximately 19 years of age with what appears to be a stab wound to the right side of his chest just above the nipple. He is having difficulty breathing.

1, Immediate action Call for help or call 911 and check oldman and his problem..

As soon as enter the garage you look for vehicle and oldman is that anything happened for him in his eyes..

Assessment we should make look at oldman and talk with him and ask what happened..check his eyes for any injury or anything happened to his eyes..check his eyes and injury what type of injury is that..

First aid is call for emergency and check his eyes..if it's bleeding cover his eyes with clean cloth, if any object is deep inside the eyes never take out the object it may bleed more..secure it in position..if it is chemical burn wash out immediately with clean water and take him immediately to hospital..

2, call for 911.. stab wound in chest is dangerous because it may collapse the lungs..seal the wound with clean cloth..if any object penetrate secure it same position..take him to hospital immediately..

In case if it severe chest injury patient may feel shortness breath it difficulty in breathing..neck vein bulging, blue colour lips, fingers, absence of lung sound in one side, unequal chest, cough with blood

Take the injured person to hospital as soon as possible..loosen the dress..stop the bleeding with clean cloths..close the wound if no object penetrating the chest..if object penetrate the chest never take the object outside..secure it with same position with body....check his breathing pattern and make him to be in ventilated area..avoid crowd..
