Answer 1: Databases promote evidence‐based practice. However, main difference is about priorities between clinical and academic environment. In clinical environment major focus is on Health status. on the other hand, academic environment focuses on research and writing. There are many data bases which are being used in clinical environment such as CINAHL Plus, Cochrane Library, EMBASE etc.

Answer 2: In academic environment mostly PubMed and NLM are used.

Answer 3: There are many websites which are being used frequently. For example, allnurses.com, nursingworld.org, Medscape.com, aacn.org etc.

Answer 4: Social websites and websites showing inappropriate content may be blocked.
