Question 21. Severe dysphoric mood withpsychotic features is called : "Dysphoric Mania in Bipolar disorder" now a days known as "mixed features in Bipolar disorder."

Bipolar disorder patient show episodes of mania (excitibility, euphoria) and depression (dysphoria) . But sometime he may show both feature at a time. In that conditiin patient experice severy depression known as sever dysphoric mood with at least 3 feature s of mania such as hallucinations, delusion, excessive talkative, risk taking behaviour, purposeless aggresive ness etc.
