1.The causative factors of COPD generally affects the small air sacs and the cells in our pulmonary system as a result the receptors comes to rescue resulting in the trigger of cough reflex , simultaneously this leads to damaging the alveoli and its capillaries leading to impairment in oxygen exchange as a result leading to increased CO2 level .This leads to symptoms of breathing difficulties and mucus secretion because of inflammation in the bronchioles .As oxygen cannot happen effectively external oxygen in increased quantity can endanger patient's life.
