Mr. F is a 38-year-old man in overall good health who has been complaining about an aching pain in his knees when working around the house and often when simply walking. He has noticed that his knees feel “hard” and tight limiting his range of motion. His history indicates that he has always been involved in athletics and was on the college football team, but recently family responsibilities and work have not made it easy for him to exercise.

ANSWER

* Mr.F feel hardness on his knees and tightness of knee limit his range of motion due to changes in his

    exercise or activity level.

* He suddently change his intensity of exercise due to family responsiblities which result in lack of

   movement in knee areas and it badly affect the knee bone leads to hardness of knee.

* Prognosis of Mr.F will be good if he find enough time to do regular exercises like walking and

do physical therapy for the mobility of joints.
