9. since the patient is a current smoker and has a medical history of hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes and also a truck driver and according to the symptoms, there is a chance to develop deep vein thrombosis.

deep vein thrombosis is the formation of blood clot in deep veins, mainly in legs.
