Average money holdings are,

80+ 60 +40+20 - = $50

Part C

$40 withdrawn each trip to the bank.

Money holdings are $40, $20, $40, $20 on day one, two, three and four respectively.

Part D

Average money holdings are,

40+20+40+20 = $30

Part E

$80 on each trip to the bank

Money holdings are,

$0,$0,$0,$40 in day one, two, three and four respectively.

Part F

Average holdings are,

40 = $10

Part G

Based on the above answers, it assumed that ATM and credit cards have reduced money demand.
